Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Flowviant for using the Service.

Last updated June 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowviant (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

Flowviant is a visual project-management tool for software teams. It turns a brief into a plan, supports real-time collaboration, and can dispatch coding agents to your connected repositories. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk.

3. Plans, billing, and trials

  • The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) priced per seat, billed through Stripe.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Your plan determines your usage limits, including AI credits and seats.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse rate limits or AI allowances.
  • Upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy when you invoke AI features. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

6. Integrations and coding agents

When you connect GitHub, Slack, or a coding agent, you authorize the Service to act on those connections on your behalf. Coding agents may read your authorized repositories and open pull requests; you are responsible for reviewing and merging their output, and for any cost incurred under your own AI provider credentials. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to Flowviant. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted here.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowviant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Flowviant harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
